David Brown booked me for the Disco at the Hand and Spear in Weybridge,Surrey to celebrate his marraige to Beth.
After their meal a live singer performed a few songs and then the couples first song.
Thieir were about 150 guests ,with a lot of families and children who were leading the dancing!
I played some favourite songs for the couple with David's being Stevie Wonder's Superstition and Beth's Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes-Time of my life,the coiple had cleverley sent me a list of their guests songs which they had requested ,here are a few of them.Anything from Abba,Billy Ocean-Love really hurts without you and Red light spells danger,Killers-Mr Brightside,Donna Summer-I feel love,Luther Vandross-Never too much,Maroon 5-Move like jagger,Blues Brothers-Shake a tail feather,Pitbaull-feel this moment,DJ Otzi-Hey baby,The Wekend-Blinding lights.
Most of the guests took to the dance floor and the music needed to finish by midnight so 15 minutes before i wound down with Whitney Houston's _i wanna dance with somebody, The Monkees-Daydream beleiver,Neil Diamond-Sweet caroline nd finished the night with Elvis Pressley's the wonder of you.
Dave and Beth said goodbye to their guests and a fine evening ended.
