Wedding DJ at Brooklands Hotel,Surrey

July 2nd 2016,Shane and Kelly's big day at the Brooklands Suite,Brooklands Hotel,Weybridge,Surrey.

      I met Shane at the venue a few weeks before the date to discuss timings,what music he would like played,where i would set up and park to load and un load my equipment.Shane decided he would like me to set up for 6pm and play background music whilst the guests ate their meal,when finished i was to make my microphone available for speeches after this the room would be partly cleared of tables and chairs and a dance floor set up.

   On the day i arrived in plenty of time to meet up with my assistant to set up the Disco,all went smoothly and we just timed it right for the guests to take their seats by 6pm.Backgrond music from Anrea Bocelli,some country songs and some old soul followed from Brooke Benton.When the main course was finished(approx. 7.30pm) the Groom's father started off the speeches,his was a really good speech,just the right length and extremely homourous,Shane said a few words then there was a short best man's speech with the guests then enjoying their desert.The room was then cleared with the guests moving to the bar outside the function room.

    On their return i played a few summer songs,Style Council-Long Hot Summer,E.L.O-Mr Blue Sky and Martha and the Muffins-Echo beach included.Shane and Kelly then had their first dance to Ed Sheran's Thinking out loud follwed by Daddy Dance with me from Chris Keith which Kelly danced to with her Dad which was very emotional.The evening got under way with a big variety of music including House/ garage / grime
