Lauren and Tim's wedding Woodlands Park Hotel

Lauren and Tim had their wedding celebration at the Woodlands Park Hotel which is near Oxshott in Surrey, I have DJ'd there before for another wedding so know the set up.

They hired me to play in the Prince of Wales suite, which is the largest of the suites available. We arrived about 6.15pm to start unloading the equipment, once we had unloaded and re parked the van there was a five minute wait for the last of the families speeches.

Setting up by 7.15pm we were all ready to go, a few background tunes from Lauren and Tim's list was followed by the cutting of the cake and their first special song by Ronan Keating-when you say nothing at all which was followed by Stevie wonder's _Isn't she lovely,other guests then joined in then the faster songs started with Whitney Houston's I wanna dance with somebody starting things off.

Rihanna and We found love followed ,a mixture of dance, Motown, Seventies Disco followed. Some cheesy wedding songs were played which all went down well including The Firm-star trekin' Peter Andre-Mysterious girl,Dexy's, Abba-Dancing Queen and The Macarena(Of course!)Many guests asked for Wham so I'm your man and Wake me up before you go go sufficed.

The evening ended with Madness-It must be love and Frank Sinatra's-New York, New York.

Pricing:

Every wedding is a little different so I have no set price - just a rough idea to work with would be £295 for a four hour set (this price includes lasers, lights and set up time which is approx.50 minutes)
